In this plan, each family member chooses a Primary Care Physician (PCP) in the KeystoneBlue network to provide routine care and coordinate his or her care. All care -- including referrals to specialists -- must be coordinated by the member's PCP, network Ob/Gyn or the Blues On Call phone service. When you do this, you have benefits for preventive care and other covered medical services. Because our managed care network is the largest in Western Pennsylvania, it's likely that your current physicians and hospitals are already part of this network.
