KeystoneBlue HMO is a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) program from Keystone Health Plan West that is available in the 29-county service area of western Pennsylvania.

As KeystoneBlue members, you and your family will receive benefits and quality care by using the thousands of doctors and other health care providers in the Keystone Health Plan West network.

In this plan, each family member chooses a Primary Care Physician (PCP) in the Keystone Health Plan West network to provide routine care services. By choosing a PCP, you establish an ongoing relationship based on knowledge and trust, and help to keep your care consistent. Effective July 1, 2004 for all other care, you may choose to see your PCP or go directly to any network specialist without a referral. Because our network is the largest in western Pennsylvania, it's likely that your current physicians and hospitals are already part of this network.
